Pennington4U is a Guest House in the Village of Pennington on the South Coast of KZN, South Africa. Approximately 75 km from Durban going south towards Port Shepstone on the N2. The surroundings are very tranquil and secluded with indigenous bush and abundant bird and wildlife.

THE LIVING AREA
The self catering house consist of 2 sections:-
- The main house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living area AND
- A family room consisting of a bedroom with shower en-suite and kitchenette. Private entrance.
Both units can be rented separately or as one large unit.
The house consists of an open plan living area being a lounge/dining room, kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Patio and braai facility.

The house sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, fridge and ceiling fans. 2 Rooms with own entrances.
The family room – sleep 3 people with shower en-suite, kitchenette, microwave oven, tv, bar fridge and own entrance.

Linen and bath towels will be provided – see to your own beach towels.
Small pets allowed on request.
Parking in front of property as indicated. Parking at own risk.
Braai facilities in front garden; patio. Please be cautious with the fire area, ensure the fire is dead when done.
PRICE STRUCTURE AS SEEN BELOW.
PRICE PER PERSON PER DAY. (ALL YEAR EXCEPT EASTER AND DECEMBER 2025)
Deposit as requested to secure your booking and the balance to be paid in full no later than the date of arrival.
Refundable breakage deposit of R750 payable on arrival.
Person sharing: –
R 350,00 per person, per night.
Single person: – R 450,00 per night.
Minimum of 2 nights
PRICE PER PERSON PER DAY. (EASTER – 18 April to 4 May 2025)
Deposit as requested to secure your booking and the balance to be paid in full no later than the date of arrival.
Refundable breakage deposit of R750 payable on arrival.
Person sharing: –
R400,00 per person, per night with a base of R550.00
Single person: – R550,00 per night.
Minimum of 3 nights
PRICE PER PERSON PER DAY. (Peak/December – 12 December 2025 to 4 January 2026)
Deposit as requested to secure your booking and the balance to be paid in full no later than the date of arrival.
Refundable breakage deposit of R750 payable on arrival.
House per night:- R2400 per day (sleep 6)
Family room per night:- R1200 per day (sleep 3)
